WorkTypeFocus – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 1 May 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WorkTypeFocus, a product developed by Techflection B.V., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. License Grant

Techflection B.V. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the WorkTypeFocus application within Atlassian products for your internal business operations, subject to these terms.

3. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software to third parties.

4. Data & Privacy

WorkTypeFocus operates within the Atlassian ecosystem and stores minimal data. By using the app, you consent to the processing of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

WorkTypeFocus is provided "as is". Techflection B.V. disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techflection B.V. be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if Techflection has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
